back at it! this weeks menu

day 1: apricot stuffed chicken, pre-made before trip ready for oven
day 2: million dollar spaghetti
day 3: schnitzel with carrot casserole and rice 
day 4: quesadillas
day 5: invited to friends- make dessert, still deciding
day 6: leftovers
day 7: ?? date night, it's been awhile since I've had Thai?? or grilled cheese

breakfast: 
muffins
eggs
pancakes

lunches:
roast beef sandwiches
pb sandwiches
tuna
